Wellbeing Tribe

6-8 Week Immersive Experiences

The wellbeing tribe programmes are tailored to suit a variety of groups, including schools, home-educated children and adults. Whether it’s to nurture good mental health, inspire young minds, provide a supportive environment for teens or provide adults with a much-needed escape from the stresses of modern life, these programmes offer a powerful way to reconnect with nature, self and one another.

Using wilderness therapeutic approaches, each session encourages personal growth and resilience through engaging outdoor activities. Sessions are either 2 or 4 hours long and centre around a base camp - a safe, communal space where the group gathers to prepare for and reflect on their adventures. From this hub, participants venture out on guided hikes, exploring the natural world whilst building trust, connection and a sense of camaraderie.

  • Welcome and check-in at base camp

  • Game

  • Breathing exercise

  • Hike with firewood collecting, flora and fauna identification and a sit spot

  • Return to basecamp for a bushcraft/natural craft activity

  • Build and light fire

  • Refreshments/lunch around the campfire
