Connecting with Nature’s Gentle Power to Strengthen Your Wellbeing

What is Nature Wellbeing?

I run outdoor group sessions rooted in the principles of Wilderness Therapy. Here, there is no rushing and no pressure. I provide the time, space, and gentle support you need to reflect on your wellbeing and grow at your own pace, in your own way.

  • For Children: Very practical, sensory, and hands-on nature play and activities.

  • For Teens & Young Adults: Hands-on activities balanced with space for deeper reflection.

The Tribes

The Tribes

  • Wellbeing Tribe: Focuses on boosting mental and emotional wellness by connecting with nature through bushcraft, natural arts and crafts, and outdoor mindfulness.

  • Rewilding Tribe (Teens & Young Adults): Takes connection a step further through reciprocity. Alongside the classic activities, we give back to the land with hands-on conservation projects.
