Connecting with Nature’s Gentle Power to Strengthen Your Wellbeing

What is Nature Wellbeing?

I run outdoor group sessions rooted in the principles of Wilderness Therapy. Here, there is no rushing and no pressure. I provide the time, space, and gentle support you need to reflect on your wellbeing and grow at your own pace, in your own way.

  • For Young Children: Very practical, sensory, and hands-on nature play and activities.

  • For Teens & Adults: Hands-on activities balanced with space for deeper reflection.

The Tribes

The Tribes

  • Wellbeing Tribe: Focuses on boosting mental and emotional wellness by connecting with nature through bushcraft, natural arts and crafts, and outdoor mindfulness.

  • Rewilding Tribe (Teens & Adults): Takes connection a step further through reciprocity. Alongside the classic activities, we give back to the land with hands-on conservation projects.

  • Adult Tribe: Spend time immersed in nature, away from the daily distractions and pressures of modern life, giving yourself time to listen to the quiet wisdom of the natural world and rediscover your inner peace.
