Meet Me
Kirsty
As a qualified Primary School Teacher, I have many years of experience working with children from Early Years through to Year 6. During my time as both a class teacher and a Key Stage 2 wellbeing teacher, I saw firsthand how powerful time outdoors can be for mental health and wellbeing.
Personally, I’ve always relied on walking and time outdoors to maintain my own balance and resilience. Nature connection was key to my recovery from burnout a few years ago. So I’m very passionate about sharing the restorative power of nature with teenagers and adults as well.
This connection inspired me to train with eQe, where I qualified as a Level 3 Advanced Wilderness Therapeutic Practitioner.
