Connecting with Nature’s Gentle Power to Strengthen Your Wellbeing
Wellbeing Tribe
These 6-8 week programmes are carefully crafted to enhance wellbeing through nature connection, cultivating a deep sense of belonging within a supportive 'tribe.' Participants engage in wilderness therapeutic practices through 2-hour or 4-hour sessions, venturing out on guided hikes from a base camp.
Wellbeing Tribe programmes are available for schools, young people not in school and adults.
Launching September 2025
I’m passionate about creating a safe, nurturing space for young people who are finding their way outside of school. Every Friday at Little Elses in Sevenoaks Weald, I run wellbeing tribes—small, supportive gatherings where young people can connect, feel seen, and begin to rediscover their sense of belonging. A space where they can simply be.
I’ll be launching the first wellbeing tribes in September 2025, with relaxed meet-and-greet and taster sessions running over the summer for young people and families who’d like to find out more and get a feel for what it’s all about.

Testimonials
“Thank you, Kirsty, for running a well-being tribe in our school. The children immediately made a connection with you, developed confidence, resilience and team work, whilst exploring our forest area and developing strategies for managing school based anxiety. We can't wait to have you back again.”
Headteacher - Hextable Primary School
“Kirsty ran a fantastic ‘Slow and Still’ workshop for our year 3 classes focussing on strategies for anxiety and linking it into our Still Life art learning for this term. The children found it really engaging and loved the chance to connect with nature, recognise their feelings and learn some strategies for managing them. We would highly recommend Kirsty’s workshop and hope to have her back again at some point!”
